The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.

- Custom or Personalized dress: Orders for custom-made or personalized dresses may not be eligible for cancellation.
- Refund for Canceled Orders: If you successfully cancel an order within the specified window, you should receive a refund for the full purchase amount. The time it takes to receive this refund can vary depending on the payment method and the company’s processing times.
